The carbide spiral cutter bar is welded to the cutter body with oblique grooves, and the front face of the cutter blade has a spiral arrangement through grinding process. The impact force is reduced, the chipping rarely occurs, and the service life of the milling cutter is prolonged by the reduction of machining chatter and the improvement of machining surface finish. The length of the cutting edge can be customised, and the processed side edges have no contact marks.
