Countersunk Drill Bit

Used to open countersunk holes, chamfering using cutting processes, and cutting after installing countersunk holes with a drill bit on a drill press. Countersunk holes are cut holes where the top of the screw hole is larger than the size of the head of the screw. By machining countersunk holes, it is possible to keep the head of the screw from protruding from the surface of the product. Regardless of which type of countersunk holes are used, the main through-hole needs to be drilled first with a drill bit, and then different tools are selected for countersinking according to the shape of the countersunk hole.
